First Choice Physical Therapy was opened in December 2003 with the goal of providing the best possible physical therapy care in East Central Indiana.  Initially comprised of one clinic operated by Paula D. Henry, PT, First Choice Physical Therapy has grown consistently over the past four years due to the support of the physicians, case managers and patients in East Central Indiana.   

Now consisting of three facilities located in Muncie, Yorktown and New Castle, First Choice Physical Therapy is committed to providing its patients with one-on-one quality care based upon the latest research and evidence based practices while never forgetting the importance of treating each individual with care and respect to help them achieve their personal goals and attain as much independent function as possible. 

The staff at First Choice Physical Therapy is comprised of experienced, knowledgeable therapists dedicated to their profession and their clients and has a combined experience level of over 60 years.  Whether your goal is to get back to work or back on the golf course, our staff and programs will help you meet your goals. 

First Choice Physical Therapy offers flexible hours, accepts most insurance providers, and treats a variety of diagnoses.   We are proud to be able to offer several specialty services including cold laser, ASTYM, the Biodex Balance System, TMJ treatment, Craniosacral therapy and Women’s Health.
