In December of 2003, First Choice Physical Therapy opened its doors for business with a goal to provide the highest quality care using evidence based medicine, one-on-one therapist to patient interactions in a friendly, comfortable environment.  Since that time, First Choice Physical Therapy has grown to include satellite facilities in Yorktown and New Castle. 

Initially the clinic was an outpatient orthopedic center offering care for a variety of injuries and diagnoses.  Programs have since been developed and include CranioSacral therapy, Balance and Fall Risk Assessment, sports rehab, cold laser therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Conditioning programs, Women’s Health and TMJ therapy. 

Paula D. Henry, PT is the administrative director and managing partner of First Choice Physical Therapy and has over 14 years experience in the field of outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy.  A graduate of the University of Louisville’s Health Sciences program for Physical Therapy in 1993, Paula has practiced in the Muncie area since 1996.  She has also provided instruction at Ivy Tech in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
